Costs of shipping
There are no delivery costs for all orders in the countries of the European Union.
The delivery costs for EXTRA EU countries amounts to 10,00 € (by mail office)
The Cash on Delivery payment costs an extra 5.00 EUR.
Delivery of products
The delivery of the purchased products is done within the Italian National Territory and the Republic of San Marino.
The products will be delivered by Express Courier or by those responsible for it, to the address indicated which can not be changed once the order has been confirmed.
On receiving the parcel the customer must check the integrity of the package containing the product purchased; if there are any discrepancies they must be immediately reported to the Express Courier.
Delivery is carried out within 24/72 hours (72 hours for Calabria and Italian Island).
The products purchased are delivered as quickly as possible, usually within 10 working days.
If more than 10 days late, the customer will be contacted directly by e-mail to be informed and updated on the expected delivery date.

Product availability may vary quickly, which is why the timing may vary from a few hours (for goods already in stock and pay by credit card or PayPal) to a few days (goods available or payment by bank transfer). In special cases of goods not available in stock, time may be longer than normal; in these cases it will be agreed with the customer, based on the estimated times of arrival of the goods not available, if proceed with a partial shipment of the order, with a replacement model or possible refund. We always try to reserve the customer maximum transparency and maximum flexibility to provide good service!
Shipments for European Union Countries (outside Italy) are carried by DPD Courier.
Delivery time for European Union countries is of 3/6 working days. (for islands: 10/15 working days by the post)
EXTRA UE shipments are carried by mail office.
Delivery time for EXTRA UE countries is of 10/15 working days.

All the products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and, in any case, by informing OtticaSM of the above defects within two months from the date on which you detected them. Damages caused due to inappropriate and/or bad use of the product, including deterioration or wasting of use, are not guaranteed. The warranty covers all possible manufacturing defects and does not cover any breaks due to inappropriate and/or bad use and/or accidental damage by the consumer. Scratches on the lenses are considered normal usury and are not covered by the warranty unless the product is proven to have such a defect at the delivery. Please note that OtticaSM is not responsible for direct or indirect damage to persons or property resulting from the malfunctioning of the products.
